i'm so sleepie. wanna know why? i have done nada other than waking up late, watching tv nont eating breakfast but potato chips and vanilla coke which is stocked up nicely. napping for four hours straight. eat eat eat. nap at night from say eight to ten. watch tv or online. sleep at three plus. its almost the same everyday. piggie piggie. actually i pretty much enjoy it honestly. i've been wanting to laze since i can remember. latest serieses i find nice. the 4400(super nice), desire:table for three(drama, love) and zoe busiek:wildcard(police sorta investigating stuff). not forgetting my fave ANTM.
yup. prom ended on wednesday. it was really funny. me and jolene went to OU to get our hair done in Monsoon-id which costs us rm60. its really silly in my book but we had no choice. i was pretty satisfied with what it turned out to be. exactly what i wanted. i wanted a sorta hair like brooke davis did in one tree hill. where all your hair is pushed to one side, curled. well, we got our make up done in Estee Lauder. which I was pretty satisfied too. other than, my eye brows being shaved off! gah.. my virgin eye brows! now I'm just a typical girl, who gets her brows shaved. i am truly ashamed. tsk tsk tsk. totally uncalled for. and due to the long wait in hair doing, we were late. really really late. i had trouble doodling with my dress. it was pretty open in front, and i had to add double sided tape which created a havoc. i had what you cal a bitch fit in jo's house. sorry to those who had to stand my annoying-ness of screaming and wailing. ha ha.
we arrived at Sunway Lagoon Hotel at eight. which is two hours later. but they havent started anyway. ha ha. malaysians. the guys were sweet enough to get our bags and put them in their room in Pyramid Tower. we sat down and there was suddenly a performance by Mary Ng and gang doing High School Musical skit. ha ha. i know. enough said. overall, people werent bothered what was happening. seriously. deliberately not bothered. every table was busy snapping pictures, or screaming yaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmm seeeeenngggg.... heh heh. prom king and queen was some dont know who. and i had no idea they even gave away best dressed. ha ha. i wasnt listening either. it was pictures pictures pictures. the food was kinda horrible la. but the table beside was empty by only the forth course. wondered where did they all go. ha ha.
they opened the floor for dancing. and it was really a club environment. they put on these crazy lights and you just dance la. i was a little disturbed by the blinding lights (as i'm not used to it). but after that it was kinda fun! i really find people who are not opening up really sad. i mean, its only dancing. its not like sinful or anything. dont know la. i shall say no more. ha ha. i had fun. and its all that matters. boo hooo you.
thank god for no other girl wore my dress. in the afternoon, i saw my dress but in a different colour being displayed. thankfully, no one wore it. i saw four girls wearing the exact dress (from somerset bay). sad case. many thought my dress was some fancy designer wear, but its not la.. its not customed made. luckily it was on a little discount or i wont buy it.. i had so much fun! pics shall be uploaded.
moving on, i just returned from the night concert of United Live. i was at their workshop which i dont think it was reallly fantastically something to brag about. when the band came on stage to talk, people, or more likely i'll say malaysians. ask silly willy embarrasing questions. i was like..kill me please? less elaborated. shakes head* its really a put off.... at seven, the place was really packed with down to small kids to people aged older than my mum. ha ha. thank god i had a ticket okay! if i missed this night, i'll just become sour and whine all month! the music was awesome. really awesome. the flow through every song was great great great! we, i mean, i was partially (i said partially) smart. we went to the sixth floor cause they opened up the other stairs less taken. we dashed like crazie monkeys and flew up. the fifth floor was standing, the sixth was sitting. and i managed to get a really really good spot in the middle front. so it was a great view. pity those who came slightly later, had to sit waaaaaaaay behind. i can sit when my legs were tired, but the lower area had to stand throughout the programme. and i can imagine the sweating and all. yuck. and it was smart (of me) to want to leave earlier before everybody rushes. and a stampede happens and I die. so we stood near the door by the last few songs and dashed out when it ended. typically malaysians. we want more! we want more! helloo... they made it clear that it is not a concert. it is about praising God. alamak. these people. aih. so embarrasing la. then we managed to take the lift and they said the last life. which makes everyone who is leaving. have to take stair. le le le le (sticks out tongue). too bad. la la. i feel so smart suddenly. hah. a rush of egoness.. tra la la la. the music and selection of songs were awesome from the time has come, take it all, from the inside out, one way... they performed almost throughout the two hours. it was great energy that they had. great voice too. good drummer, good techniques. good sound. everything was really good. i really think they're really people of great mind set, and in a way, really being humble. they are much aware and repeating that they are only ordinary people doing God's work. they emphasise that this is about praising God, but not a concert where the glory is theirs. that i truly admire. i love hillsong's concept. and i think this is right. heh heh heh.
my hand are really trashed. and i think i have spelling errors some where along the line. good night everyone.
